The ProteoT database provides extensive coverage of food components, while the ProteoT software enables the design of the most efficient proteomics experiments, ranging from sensitive targeting to broad screening.

The ProteoT Database contains complete peptide profiles (protein fragments) of various food goods & contaminants. Within these profiles we find the food biomarkers for reliable detection. ProteoT is the first to develop this specifically for the food sector. The database is constantly expanded towards laboratories needs. The database runs locally, giving you full control, and you can easily add your own private data packages. Biomarkers in these packages are selected just like in the ProteoT database, so your analytical workflows stay seamless and consistent.

ProteoT Software enables advanced analysis of peptide profiles through intuitive visualization tools. Designed for laboratories and food testing facilities, the platform offers a user-friendly interface to manage datasets, run custom analyses, and integrate your own modules for enhanced biomarker detection.

The system combines multiple components: including a proteome reference database with all known proteins, a proprietary proteome fingerprint database built from reference material, a database manager, taxonomic analyzer, and target selection browser. All stored locally on your workstation, so everything you need is right at your fingertips.
